This scripts looks great, It has all that I have been looking for, but the addslots and install pluggins don't appear in the screen, while other buttons do appear. How can I fix it?.

Make sure you are using the admin.cgi script. The subscriber.cgi script is only to log in under an individual list. The admin.cgi script allows you to make system-wide changes such as adding subscriber information slots and installing plugins.
